新华社记者：22日，美国国务卿布林肯在记者会上称，包括中国在内的所有国家应聚焦为民众接种疫苗、提供检测和治疗，并同世界分享疫情信息。当前疫情既影响中方，也关乎全球。	Xinhua News Agency: On December 22, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said at a press conference that it’s very important for all countries, including China, to focus on people getting vaccinated, making testing and treatment available, and, importantly, sharing information with the world about what they’re experiencing – because it has implications not just for China but for the entire world.
美国愿向各国提供抗疫帮助，但中国迄今未提出请求。	The US is prepared to continue to provide people around the world with COVID-related health support. China has not asked to date for that help.
此外，美方发布的消息稿称，布林肯国务卿今天同王毅国务委员通话时强调了对国际社会保持透明度的重要性。	According to the readout released by the US, during his call with State Councilor Wang Yi today, Secretary Blinken underscored the importance of transparency for the international community.

毛宁：新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，中国政府本着人民至上、生命至上理念，从自身国情出发，及时制定符合最广大人民利益的防疫政策，在病毒危害性最大的时期，有效守护了人民群众的生命安全和身体健康。	Mao Ning: Since COVID began, the Chinese government has put the people and their lives first and, based on China’s reality, developed timely COVID policies that serve the interests of the greatest possible majority of the Chinese people. During the time when the virus posed the greatest danger, our COVID response effectively protected people’s lives and health.
随着疫情进入新阶段，我们主动优化防控措施，以确保更加科学、精准、有效。	With the COVID situation entering a new phase, we have taken the initiative to refine the response measures to make them more up-to-date scientifically, more targeted and more effective.
国务院联防联控机制多次举行发布会，介绍有关情况，目前疫苗接种率不断提高，救治能力不断增强，医疗物资产能不断扩大，总体供应充足。	The State Council’s joint prevention and control mechanism has held several press conferences to explain the latest situation and the new measures. We have seen rising vaccination rate, strengthened treatment capacity and expanded production capacity of medical supplies, which, at the moment, are generally in adequate supply.
中国疫情防控形势总体是可预判、可控的。	China’s COVID situation is on the whole predictable and under control.

毛宁：美方借口所谓“西藏人权”问题，对中方官员进行非法制裁。	Mao Ning: The US imposed illegal sanctions on Chinese officials under the pretext of so-called human rights issues in Tibet.
有关行径严重干涉中国内政，严重违反国际关系基本准则，中方已对此表明坚决反对并予以强烈谴责。	This grossly interferes in China’s internal affairs and gravely violates basic norms in international relations. China has expressed its firm opposition and strongly condemned it.
针对美方上述错误行径，中方决定自即日起对长期在涉华和涉藏问题上表现恶劣的美国前国务卿中国事务顾问余茂春和现“国会—行政部门中国委员会”办公室副主任托德·斯坦恩采取反制措施。	In response to the abovementioned wrong decision of the US, China has decided to take countermeasures, effective today, against Miles Maochun Yu, China policy advisor to former US Secretary of State and Todd Stein, current deputy staff director of the Congressional-Executive Commission on China, both of whom have long acted egregiously on Tibet- and other China-related issues.
有关内容已通过第4号外交部令公布。	The detail of the measures has been released in the Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (No. 4).
我们要再次强调，西藏事务纯属中国内政，美方没有权利、没有资格横加干涉。	We stress once again that affairs related to Tibet are China’s internal affairs, and the US has no right and is in no position to interfere in them.
粗暴干涉中国内政，必将受到中方坚决反制。	Gross interference in China's internal affairs will be met with resolute countermeasures from China.
我们敦促美方撤销所谓制裁，停止干涉西藏事务和中国内政。	We urge the US to withdraw the sanctions and stop interfering in China’s Tibet-related and other internal affairs.

中国政府有无计划扩大国际疫苗合作空间？	Does the Chinese government have any plans to expand international cooperation on vaccines?

中德两国已经就为在华常住德国籍公民接种德方疫苗达成共识，双方将商定落实有关安排。	China and Germany have reached agreement on providing vaccines from Germany for German nationals in China. The two sides will work out and implement relevant arrangements.
至于疫苗的具体问题，国务院联防联控机制多次在新闻发布会上介绍了有关情况。	As for the specific question about vaccines, the State Council’s joint prevention and control mechanism has addressed vaccine-related questions at its press conferences.
