气候变化给人类生存和发展带来严峻挑战，作为发达国家和温室气体排放大国，美方不要盯着别人的地、荒了自家的田，应改改“说多做少”、“开空头支票”的老套路，尽快加入到行动派的队伍中来。	Climate change poses a grave challenge to mankind’s survival and development. As a developed country and a major emitter of greenhouse gases, the US should not get too preoccupied with what’s happening in the neighboring farm to neglect its own crops. It should stop playing the old trick of saying a lot but doing a little or merely paying lip service and instead join the doers with concrete action.
美国排放量反弹的现象也再次提醒我们，提出和制定减排目标时，应当客观理性，坚持共同但有区别的责任原则，并考虑不同国情，不应当好高骛远，更不能限制发展中国家的正当发展权益。	The rebound in US emissions reminds us once again that when putting forward and formulating emissions reduction targets, we should be objective and rational, follow the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, and take into consideration different national realities. We should avoid setting unrealistically ambitious targets or even resorting to hostile upward revision of targets to make headlines or restrict developing countries’ legitimate development rights and interests.
