总台央视记者：塞尔维亚总理阿娜·布尔纳比奇近日接受采访表示，过去十年，塞尔维亚对华出口增长了152倍。尽管受到新冠肺炎疫情影响，塞中两国去年的贸易总额依然接近50亿欧元。	CCTV: Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said in a recent interview that during the past decade, Serbia’s exports to China increased 152 times and the bilateral trade in 2021 amounted to €5 billion despite the impact of COVID-19.

《环球时报》记者：据报道，德国总理朔尔茨日前明确表示支持全球化，他称脱钩是完全错误的道路，德国必须和包括中国在内的许多国家开展贸易。	Global Times: According to reports, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz recently said explicitly that he supports globalization, adding that decoupling is the “wrong answer” and that Germany must do business with the rest of the world, including China.
欧盟委员会负责经济事务的执行副主席东布罗夫斯基斯也认为，与中国脱钩不是欧盟企业的选项，欧中贸易关系需要更多的平衡和互惠，欧盟应继续以务实的态度和中国接触。	Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis, who is in charge of economic affairs, also believed that decoupling from China is not an option for companies in the EU. He added that EU’s trading relationship with China “needs more balance and reciprocity” and that “the EU should continue engaging with China with pragmatism”.

中方同样支持全球化，反对脱钩。	China also supports globalization and opposes decoupling.

面对复杂严峻的国际国内形势，中国经济顶住压力，总体呈现稳定恢复态势，继续运行在合理区间。	Facing the complex and challenging situation at home and abroad, the Chinese economy has withstood the pressure and demonstrated a momentum of steady recovery and its performance has stayed within the appropriate range.
中国经济韧性强、潜力大、空间广的特点没有变，中国经济长期向好的基本面也不会改变。	The fact that the Chinese economy has strong resilience, ample potential and enormous space remains unchanged and the fundamentals sustaining the sound growth of the Chinese economy in the long run will also stay unchanged.
你提到的疫情防控政策，我想说的是，疫情防得住，经济才能稳得住。	As to the COVID-19 protocols you mentioned, let me say that only when the pandemic is contained can the economy be stabilized.
如果算总账，中国的防疫措施是最经济、效果最好的。	When all things are considered, China’s COVID measures have worked most effectively and been most cost-effective.

中方对此有何评论？	What’s the foreign ministry’s comment on this?
毛宁：中国一贯奉行独立自主的和平外交政策，中国的发展给世界各国带来了更多机遇，绝不是威胁和挑战。	Mao Ning: China follows an independent foreign policy of peace. China’s development brings opportunities to other countries, not threats or challenges. We hope that the new UK government can view China and China-UK relations in an objective and rational light.
我们希望英国新政府客观理性看待中国和中英关系，抱守“中国威胁”的旧思维只会损人害己，没有出路。	Subscribing to the obsolete mindset of “China threat” benefits no one and will eventually backfire. Such an approach leads nowhere.
你提到英国有关情报官员的言论，昨天我已经说过，这些言论纯属无中生有，以己度人，充分暴露他们的冷战思维和意识形态偏见。	As to the remarks made by the British intelligence official you mentioned, as I said yesterday, the allegation is completely groundless and a projection of the alleger’s own image. What those remarks reveal is a Cold War mentality and ideological bias.
中国发展的目标是为了让中国人民过上更加美好的生活，中国的发展将为世界和平稳定贡献正能量。	China’s development is aimed at making lives better for the Chinese people. It will only contribute positively to world peace and stability.
我们的发展不针对谁，更不会威胁谁。	Our development does not target anyone, still less pose any threat.
动辄拿中国说事、挑动对立对抗，解决不了英国自己的问题。	Making an issue out of China and stoking antagonism and confrontation does not rid the UK of its own problems.
